Lead Technologies is working as a business partner of Shanghai Xiao Sheng Fire Engineering Co.,Ltd. to provide fire bureau application, submission, design, install and approval services to foreign companies, wholly-owned and joint ventures.
The Fire Service and Engineering Application, Submission, Design, Install and Approval Process:
- Upon finalizing user’s selected office or factory location, XS will start providing fire regulation consulting work and environmental evaluations. We will coordinate with respective building management and propose site work requirements and regulations.
- Subsequently, we will provide fire service suggestion as well as verifying property classification and property regulation issues.
- We will also provide design within the scope of fire bureau regulations. Understand architect and designer’s structural and layout design and will optimize the fire service design and installation service and then incorporate these into their designs.
- Submit for fire approval and coordinate with construction bureau to obtain start work permits.
- Coordinate installation, integration and optimization, pre-certification and meet client requirement and expectation.
- Provide Work Completion Report, Drawings and Environmental Evaluation Report.
- Submit all reports to respective inspection bureaus and obtain office, factory or building move-in approval.
- Provide fire service training, prevention and operating procedures to clients’ staff.
- Provide 12-month service and maintenance for material and equipment supplied to client starting from move-in date.
